the room was clean, spacious for the city. i appreciated the helpful staff, particularly with directions and local recommendations. it was a positive experience.
The initial room i was assigned had street noise. i requested a quieter room, though the metro was slightly audible from the new location. It was better.

The location was excellent. i found it easy to walk to many attractions and the metro was close by. breakfast had good variety and i especially liked the fresh pastries. the room was clean and the bed was firm, not soft. I slept well.

i found the staff being friendly. abdel gave me all the information i needed on arrival. the hotel is very accessible to shopping, restaurants and cafes. it has lovely french treats.
my bathroom had no heating. i stayed there in january, so it was very cold. i could hear a rumbling sound every few minutes. it sounded like a train passing by. i am unsure what that noise was.

i enjoyed a really clean room. the shower had great pressure with instant hot water. the soundproofing worked well. i had a lovely balcony view facing the street, and i could get fresh air.
The hotel ventilation system made loud motor noises one night. The reception turned off ventilation for the whole hotel. this issue was resolved, but it was unexpected.
